High-strength blackened stud bolt. Made from high-strength carbon steel. The surface is treated with a blackening process to form a dense black oxide film. Provides high-strength load-bearing capacity, easily handling heavy loads and vibration conditions. The black oxide film effectively isolates air and moisture, preventing substrate corrosion, while also improving lubrication between the thread and nut during assembly. Suitable for wind power equipment, heavy machinery, automotive manufacturing, mining machinery, and similar fields.
