(1) Appearance: Random inspection of raw material surface shows no cracks, folds, lamination, rust, or other defects. Surface roughness meets process requirements.
(2) Dimensions: Measurement of core parameters such as raw material diameter and length.
(3) Performance: Random sampling for hardness and tensile strength testing to ensure the raw material meets the high-strength, high-toughness requirements for fasteners.

In-Process Quality Inspection
(1) Thread quality: Complete threads, uniform pitch, no stripped or broken threads.
(2) Plating (hot-dip / electro): Thickness and adhesion verified – no missed plating, peeling, or flaking.
(3) Process control: No unlabeled or unqualified products may move to next stage. Defective products are immediately removed during production.
