High-strength Dacromet coated stud bolt. The surface is treated with the Dacromet process, providing super strong corrosion resistance—3 to 5 times that of ordinary zinc plating—with no risk of hydrogen embrittlement, making it suitable for high-strength bolts up to grade 10.9. Excellent high and low temperature resistance, with the coating not peeling or embrittling in environments ranging from -50°C to 300°C. The double-end design allows for easy connection of different components at each end. Easy to install and disassemble, preventing wear to the main body threads from frequent disassembly. Widely used in demanding high-end applications such as offshore wind turbine towers, chemical equipment, aircraft engine parts, railway bridges, and similar scenarios. Suitable for complex working conditions including humidity, high salt spray, and high temperature corrosion.
